Switzerland is the wonderful travel destination. We can see many glorious beauty of the nature over there. We can feel a fragile Eco-System across swizz. Valleys are separated by huge mountains. It has a stable and high tech economy. Matterhorn is the highest peak in Alps. It is an iconic emblem of Swizz alps. It is most difficult to climb and a challenging too. It is 14690 ft high. It is situated at the border of Italy and Switzerland.

It has its name from the German word "matte" and "horn". "Matte" means meadow and "Horn" means peak. It is an isolated mountain. Because of its position on the main alpine areas. We can see often the dense clouds touching the horn part of this mountains. It has 2 summits and they are situated 100 mts long rocky ridge. Its main feature is that it is pyramid like structure and each face faces the four main geographical compass (East, West, North, South).

There is a place called Zermatt, which is located near the mountain Matterhorn. The Zermatt museum contains the brief history of the Alps regions and Matterhorn. Railway Transportation is available to make the travelers fall in a real beauty. How this huge Matterhorn formed? Before 200 million years ago, there is a separation of Pangaea due to heavy melting. While the rocks constituting the nearby Monte Rosa remained in Laurasia, the rocks constituting the Matterhorn found themselves in Gondwana, separated by the newly formed Tethys Ocean.IT gets it pyramid shape in most recent days only. from 1865 – when it was first climbed – to 1995, 500 alpinists died on it.

Theories of Mr Horace-Bénédict de Saussure after getting inspired by this Matterhorn.

What power must have been required to shatter and to sweep away the missing parts of this pyramid; for we do not see it surrounded by heaps of fragments; one only sees other peaks - themselves rooted to the ground - whose sides, equally rent, indicate an immense mass of débris, of which we do not see any trace in the neighborhood. Doubtless this is that débris which, in the form of pebbles, boulders, and sand, fills our valleys and our plains

Riddles- We are suppose to take many challenges in our life. Some may ended into victory or getting forfeited. We usually keep "Confidence" as our tool to overcome our failure either in our work culture or even in just solving a riddle.

"The Lake Palace" by seeing the name we may assume that it may be a palace established by an ancient emperor in a lake side. yes of course it was established by an ancient emperor but it is now a luxury hotel. It was formerly known as Jag Niwas. This hotel was situated in lake Pichola Udaipur India. It has an area of 4 acres and has 83 rooms for people to stay. It was built in 17th century by Maharana Jagath singh II of udaipur(who was the friend of Shah Jahan) as a royal summer palace. It is facing east to allow sun rays to enter into the hotel. The floors were covered with white marbles and wall were decorated by colored stones. Even though it was copies some of the architectures of Taj Mahal it patterns like Hindu sculpture. Bhagwat Singh decided to convert the Jag Niwas Palace into Udaipur’s first luxury hotel in the 19th century. It has a garden with fountain that gives more elegance to the architecture.

From here, you can see two attractive spots, Mini Falls and the Main Falls (also known as Kolli Falls or Aagaya Gangai). The falls is the main tourism spot to visit in Kolli hills. To reach the Aagaya Gangai falls, you should walk down by steps (steep down, nearly 45 to 60 minutes of walk). Try to use all five senses (sight, smell, feel, taste, and hear) in your nature walk."

Aagaya Gangai is the water falls in kolli hills. It has 11.17 latitude and 78.40 longitude and having source as river called "Aiyaru". It is located near by Namakkal. The mountain is a site of pilgrimage, because of the Arapaleeswarar temple, which is believed to have a secret path to the Shiva temple in Rasipuram. This Shiva temple is said to have been built by Valvil Ori in the 1st or 2nd century when he ruled this area. "Arappaleeswara sathakam" is the poem which praises the Lord Arappaleeswarar. It is believed that this temple exists during the Sangam period itself.

Born in 476 CE in Kusumpur (Bihar), Aryabhatt's intellectual brilliance remapped the boundaries of mathematics and astronomy. In 499 CE, at the age of 23, he wrote a text on astronomy and an unparallel treatise on mathematics called "Aryabhatiyam." He formulated the process of calculating the motion of planets and the time of eclipses. Aryabhatt was the first to proclaim that the earth is round, it rotates on its axis, orbits the sun and is suspended in space - 1000 years before Copernicus published his heliocentric theory. He is also acknowledged for calculating p (Pi) to four decimal places: 3.1416 and the sine table in trigonometry. Centuries later, in 825 CE, the Arab mathematician, Mohammed Ibna Musa credited the value of Pi to the Indians, "This value has been given by the Hindus." And above all, his most spectacular contribution was the concept of zero without which modern computer technology would have been non-existent. Aryabhatt was a colossus in the field of mathematics.

BHASKARACHARYA II
(1114-1183 CE)

GENIUS IN ALGEBRA
Born in the obscure village of Vijjadit (Jalgaon) in Maharastra, Bhaskaracharya's work in Algebra, Arithmetic and Geometry catapulted him to fame and immortality. His renowned mathematical works called "Lilavati" and "Bijaganita" are considered to be unparalled and a memorial to his profound intelligence. Its translation in several languages of the world bear testimony to its eminence. In his treatise "Siddhant Shiromani" he writes on planetary positions, eclipses, cosmography, mathematical techniques and astronomical equipment. In the "Surya Siddhant" he makes a note on the force of gravity: "Objects fall on earth due to a force of attraction by the earth. Therefore, the earth, planets, constellations, moon, and sun are held in orbit due to this attraction." Bhaskaracharya was the first to discover gravity, 500 years before Sir Isaac Newton. He was the champion among mathematicians of ancient and medieval India. His works fired the imagination of Persian and European scholars, who through research on his works earned fame and popularity.

ACHARYA KANAD
(600 BCE)

FOUNDER OF ATOMIC THEORY
As the founder of "Vaisheshik Darshan"- one of six principal philosophies of India - Acharya Kanad was a genius in philosophy. He is believed to have been born in Prabhas Kshetra near Dwarika in Gujarat. He was the pioneer expounder of realism, law of causation and the atomic theory. He has classified all the objects of creation into nine elements, namely: earth, water, light, wind, ether, time, space, mind and soul. He says, "Every object of creation is made of atoms which in turn connect with each other to form molecules." His statement ushered in the Atomic Theory for the first time ever in the world, nearly 2500 years before John Dalton. Kanad has also described the dimension and motion of atoms and their chemical reactions with each other. The eminent historian, T.N. Colebrook, has said, "Compared to the scientists of Europe, Kanad and other Indian scientists were the global masters of this field."

NAGARJUNA (100 CE)

WIZARD OF CHEMICAL SCIENCE
He was an extraordinary wizard of science born in the nondescript village of Baluka in Madhya Pradesh. His dedicated research for twelve years produced maiden discoveries and inventions in the faculties of chemistry and metallurgy. Textual masterpieces like "Ras Ratnakar," "Rashrudaya" and "Rasendramangal" are his renowned contributions to the science of chemistry. Where the medieval alchemists of England failed, Nagarjuna had discovered the alchemy of transmuting base metals into gold. As the author of medical books like "Arogyamanjari" and "Yogasar," he also made significant contributions to the field of curative medicine. Because of his profound scholarliness and versatile knowledge, he was appointed as Chancellor of the famous University of Nalanda. Nagarjuna's milestone discoveries impress and astonish the scientists of today.

ACHARYA CHARAK
(600 BCE)

FATHER OF MEDICINE
Acharya Charak has been crowned as the Father of Medicine. His renowned work, the "Charak Samhita", is considered as an encyclopedia of Ayurveda. His principles, diagoneses, and cures retain their potency and truth even after a couple of millennia. When the science of anatomy was confused with different theories in Europe, Acharya Charak revealed through his innate genius and enquiries the facts on human anatomy, embryology, pharmacology, blood circulation and diseases like diabetes, tuberculosis, heart disease, etc. In the "Charak Samhita" he has described the medicinal qualities and functions of 100,000 herbal plants. He has emphasized the influence of diet and activity on mind and body. He has proved the correlation of spirituality and physical health contributed greatly to diagnostic and curative sciences. He has also prescribed and ethical charter for medical practitioners two centuries prior to the Hippocratic oath. Through his genius and intuition, Acharya Charak made landmark contributions to Ayurvedal. He forever remains etched in the annals of history as one of the greatest and noblest of rishi-scientists.

ACHARYA SUSHRUT (600 BCE)

FATHER OF PLASTIC SURGERY
A genius who has been glowingly recognized in the annals of medical science. Born to sage Vishwamitra, Acharya Sudhrut details the first ever surgery procedures in "Sushrut Samhita," a unique encyclopedia of surgery. He is venerated as the father of plastic surgery and the science of anesthesia. When surgery was in its infancy in Europe, Sushrut was performing Rhinoplasty (restoration of a damaged nose) and other challenging operations. In the "Sushrut Samhita," he prescribes treatment for twelve types of fractures and six types of dislocations. His details on human embryology are simply amazing. Sushrut used 125 types of surgical instruments including scalpels, lancets, needles, Cathers and rectal speculums; mostly designed from the jaws of animals and birds. He has also described a number of stitching methods; the use of horse's hair as thread and fibers of bark. In the "Sushrut Samhita," and fibers of bark. In the "Sushrut Samhita," he details 300 types of operations. The ancient Indians were the pioneers in amputation, caesarian and cranial surgeries. Acharya Sushrut was a giant in the arena of medical science.

VARAHAMIHIR (499-587 CE)

EMINENT ASTROLOGER AND ASTRONOMERA
renowned astrologer and astronomer who was honored with a special decoration and status as one of the nine gems in the court of King Vikramaditya in Avanti (Ujjain). Varahamihir's book "panchsiddhant" holds a prominent place in the realm of astronomy. He notes that the moon and planets are lustrous not because of their own light but due to sunlight. In the "Bruhad Samhita" and "Bruhad Jatak," he has revealed his discoveries in the domains of geography, constellation, science, botany and animal science. In his treatise on botanical science, Varamihir presents cures for various diseases afflicting plants and trees. The rishi-scientist survives through his unique contributions to the science of astrology and astronomy.

ACHARYA PATANJALI (200 BCE)

FATHER OF YOGA
The Science of Yoga is one of several unique contributions of India to the world. It seeks to discover and realize the ultimate Reality through yogic practices. Acharya Patanjali, the founder, hailed from the district of Gonda (Ganara) in Uttar Pradesh. He prescribed the control of prana (life breath) as the means to control the body, mind and soul. This subsequently rewards one with good health and inner happiness. Everybody like to travel somewhere for joy, pleasure and to get away from mental tension, but certain blockades make people more tensed. One of such blockade is ' Traffic'. People in cities pin down traffic as a reason for not walk out for places. People nowadays worried about traffic and gets involved into the topic when speak about that.
Major causes for Traffic:
1) Narrow Roads
2) Numerous vehicles
3) Vehicle parking beside roads.
4) Poor Signal Management
Narrow Roads:
Narrow Roads are one of the causes of Traffic. Due to narrow roads people lose their confidence and get tensed quickly. It look like cramped for them, feel uncomfortable while driving. While laying roads, the government have to make it wider for benefit of the people.
Numerous vehicles:
Day by Day the count of vehicle has been step-up in cities. Each and every road strike as over crowded area and people din't feel pleasure on roads. This is because of numerous vehicles across cities.
How to Reduce this problem? Here is the suggestion.
1) If a person is having 3 or more vehicles in his home[ Espesially 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler ]
he can carry his 2 wheeler for his office. So that he can reach his office at a right time, even
in traffic.
2) In case of picnic or outing purposes, he can carry his 4 wheeler. As a result of this idea, we can
reduce the numerous vehicles on roads.

When
The school reopened in June,
And we settled in our new desks and
benches!
When we queued up in book depot,
And got our new books
and notes!
When we wanted two Sundays and no Mondays, yet
managed to line up daily for the morning prayers.

slates and pencils, and
Progressed To fountain pens and ball pens and then Micro tips!
When we began drawing with crayons and evolved to
Color pencils and finally sketch pens!
When we started calculating
first with tables and then with
Clarke ' s tables and advanced to
Calculators and computers!
When we chased one another in the
corridors in Intervals, and returned to the classrooms
Drenched in sweat!
When we had lunch in classrooms, corridors,
Playgrounds,
under the trees and even in cycle sheds!
When all the colors in the world,
Decorated the campus on the Second Saturdays!
When a single P.T. period in the week ' s Time Table,
Was awaited more eagerly than the monsoons!
When cricket was played with writing pads as bats,
And Neckties and socks rolled into balls!
When few played
"kabadi" and "Kho-Kho" in scorching sun,
While others simply played
"book cricket" in the
Confines of classroom!
Of fights but no conspiracies,
Of Competitions but seldom jealousy!
When we used to
watch Live Cricket telecast,
In the opposite house in Intervals and Lunch breaks!
When few rushed at 3:45 to
"Conquer" window seats in our School bus!
While few others had "Big Fun", "peppermint",
"kulfi", " milk ice !" and "sharbat !" at 4o Clock!
Gone are the days
Of Sports Day,
and the annual School Day ,

preparations for them.
