Here are few ideas to decorate your home for Christmas.

1. Serial light decoration in Main Door:

     Arrange the serial light like a Christmas tree in the Main door, Fix it and paste colorful circle sparkling papers or if you have small color balls you can fix it in a regular intervals and paste it with a cello tape.

2.  Candy Christmas Garland:

     There are some gum drop candies available. Arrange those colorful gum drop candies and group it with a thread. It will look amazing. Even normal candy garland is awesome.


3. Balls on the center Ceiling light :

    If you have a center Ceiling light in your living room, tie colorful balls that matches with your ceiling light with long satin ribbon. It look amazing. The balls would reflect the light all over the living room.

4. Stainless steal lanterns:
   
    It is one of the simplest decoration ideas using the things available at home. If you have a stainless steel cylindrical vessel, open the lid and make it upside down and take a transparent glassy foil (the length should be more than the cylindrical vessel) and surround it on the cylindrical vessel. Once after it was done, lit a small candle at the center of the vessel's bottom. It would be awesome.

When we started probe towards the formation of this world's largest salt flat it ended us towards the several prehistoric lakes.

It is not only a salt major, it also serves as a major transport route across the bolivian altiplano.

The volume of salt in this place is estimated to 10 billion tonnes. the amount extracted from this for usage (Export and for local usage) is close to 20000 tonnes. It has large amount of  sodium, potassium, lithium, magnesium, Borax.

You can find some salt constructions there. There are hotels which are completely made out of salt.

Colchani, Bloques de Sal - A village near this place have salt processing happens. There is a salt museum, where animal carvings are made out of salt.

Elephant Rock - Heimaey, Iceland

As the name says, the rock looks like elephant. This is a naturally formed rock in Heimaey, Iceland. Heimaey is an Island in Iceland. Heimaey is the most populated island of Iceland. Iceland doesn't have any native people like the Americas or Greenland. People were migrated to Iceland from other continents. The first people to come to to Iceland were Celtic monks followed by the Vikings. In 1973, lava flow from nearby Eldfell destroyed half of the town and threatened to close off its harbor, its main income source. An operation to cool the advancing lava with sea water was successful in preventing the loss of the harbor.The 660 feet high volcano could potentially be the cause of the Elephant Rock and many other formations like it around the island. 

Cartography - A study of making maps

Cartography, Few of us would have already heard of this word and for few it would be a new terminology. Cartography is the study of making maps. The maps would be modeled in such a way that includes science, Aesthetics, and techniques so that the maps should communicate the spatial information correctly. The traditional Cartography involves setting the Map agenda which involves physical objects to be mapped in the layout such as roads, land masses, boundaries.

The Cartography can be of 2 types:

1. General Cartography
2. Thematic Cartography

General Cartography is for creating maps for the general people which have variety of features like roads, streets, boundaries.

Thematic Cartography is based on the geographic themes and only oriented toward specific audiences. For example: Corn Production in a Country or State. Nowadays we have "Heap map" that also would come under this category

There is one more category which combines these above said 2 types they are called "Orienteering" Maps.

While designing the map based on the Cartography, everyone should consider all the aspects of the Cartography and proceed further. If a Cartographer does not considered all aspects then it would lead to failure of the Cartography.

There are naming Conventions are also currently following by Cartographers. They used the regional languages wherever applicable.

Map coloring also plays a major role in making maps. Using different colors/Hue will create a confusion on map readers. The Cartographer needs to use quantity symbols wherever required. The perfectly completed map should show the main directions like East, West, North, South with the arrow.

Nowadays, GPS ( Global Positioning System) would lay on the core of this Cartography, If the Cartography fails then it may lead to misdirection when using GPS.

This Traditional complicated Cartography was made easy due to some technological growth such as Aerial Photography, Satellite Images, remote sensing, which will provide clear definition and latitude/longitude positions of a particular object so that the accuracy of maps were increased.

The 14th century maps would only contains the 3 continents (Africa/Europe/Asia). The other continents were included later.

Chitrakoot Falls - The Niagra of India

Jagdalpur - A city in Chhattisgarh (Indian State). It is famous for its greenish appearance which consits of mountains, dense forest, streams, water falls. It is the palace of Nature. Chitrakoot is a water fall in Jagdalpur  which is consider as the niagra of India. The height of the fall is 95 ft and the breath varies based on the water level. This waterfall is in the banks of the indravathi river.The best time to visit this place is from July to October as this water would have the breath of more than 150 mts. People can find some therapies in most of the famous waterfall spots in India. Aroyodhayam, an ayurvedic center also located nearby chitrakoot falls. It would be the wonderful sorce for the photographs and nature will always gives you many challenges. Nature will always keep its visitors sit for hours as it is one among them and it will make us pleasure to watch  those beauty sometimes as we can't even imagine. It is 48 km of west of Jagdalpur city and there are frequent bus services available to this place from Jagdalpur city. Vishakapatnam is the nearby airport. Various resorts also available nearby in that Vindhya mountain region. It is a horse shoe fall.

Brick Road Laying Machine - Tiger Stone

Laying roads is one of the tough task for people involved while laying road because of the heat that generated from the materials that are required to lay a road. The clean and good road is to have some reasonable thickness based on that area's drainage system and should have filled with good quality ingredents while laying a road. We can see roads in many forms like brick pavement road (Made out of Bricks) and normal black roads etc. Tiger Stone is a brick road laying machine which was introduced by the Dutch Industrial company named 'Vanku'. This machine is saving more time in laying roads and gives more productivity. This machine is around 6 meters wide which can capable of laying 400 sq meter road in a day. As far as India has concerned, We can use this wonderful machine for the sidewalks, pedestrian walks at parks and much more. This machine has a angled slot to place the stones or bricks. Once after the bricks are arranged an electric crawler which brings that bricks under the sandy layer and tight them based on the gravity. We can even see the edge of the curb are properly filled because of the built-in censors in that machine. With 2 human workforce we can bulid an wonderful brick pavement of about 400 sq meter within less time than the manual task.
