LED - A Power Saver

At Rays Energy, we are aware of our environmental responsibility, thereby insistently design and make products that improve visibility, safety, reduce light pollution and minimize energy requirements using the basics of Light Engineering. By ensuring that our LED luminaries {Electric & Solar based} do not wastefully disperse light, thereby contribute in minimizing energy wastages.
Our lighting solutions elucidate two main industry concerns in terms of light performance i.e. uniformity and intensity. While at the same time delivering energy savings of up to 50%. In spite of the front-end cost, the estimated payback is well within the initial years of the system and so much so draws an eligibility to avail 80% deprecation for the first year under the subsidy of Non Conventional Energy. While the industry is exercising cost control at almost all stages of activity, our expertise serves the cause rather than supply of material, as we promote the idea of LED light engineering, which facilitates both optimum lighting & effective cost control measures.
Technology:
The cutting edge technology and expertise in light engineering is a result & effect of strenuous effort of research and development. In all, our solutions & product range will provide the two fundamental criteria's for lighting performance, intensity and uniformity.
LED Lighting Features and Benefits Overview:
Efficiency LEDs use up to 90% less power than traditional lighting
Longevity LEDs have up to 100,000 hour Lifespan (11 ½ year powered 24 hrs/day)
Durability LEDs are much more rugged than traditional lighting.
Safety LEDs generate virtually no heat. Safe to the touch and reduce fires
Environment LEDs are made from non-toxic & recyclable materials "Green or Earth Friendly".

Promise of Solid State Lighting

  • The use of solid-state lighting devices promises huge savings in energy consumption.
  • The electricity for lighting needs is 60GW, over 24 hrs.
  • About 24 GW year is consumed by incandescent lamps with a luminous intensity of 15lm/W.
  • 36 GW year is consumed by FL/HID lamps with a luminous intensity of 75lm/W.
  • Assuming that by year 2020, they are replaced by LEDs with luminous intensity of 150 lm/W, energy savings are 40 GW year.
  • That translates to $40 billion in savings.
  • At 4Mtons / GW year of coal consumption, net savings lead to 25% less coal consumption, leading to lesser emissions of green house gases.
  • Global savings are projected to be about $140B
Pledge:
We reinforce the commitment to improving quality of life and preserve the environment. We take pride to be involved in this project and invite your initiative to create the future. We take this opportunity to thank one and all for the courtesy extended during the course of the visit and trust the interaction will soon translate to a working opportunity with TNPL. Keenly await your response for the trail in the plant over an area-measuring minimum 3000 Sq.ft.
