Brooklyn Bridge also called as the New York Bridge or the East River Bridge. It is consider as the world's longest suspension bridge with the length of 5989 ft and width of 85 feet. It connects Manhattan and Brooklyn. It cost around $15.5 million to construct. It was designated as the national historic landmark in 1964. It was built using limestone, granite, and rosendale cement. There is a park near the Brooklyn bridge and called as Brooklyn Bridge park.
