Yes it represents pyramidical architecture.Sri Karaneshwar Natarajar temple located at Pudhukuppam near Pondicherry India was built like a pyramid like structure. It was built in 2000 near the sands of bengal shore at Pondicherry. The temple was inaugurated by Chairman of Auroville foundation Dr. Karan Singh (The last king of Kashmir). It was largely hit by Tsunami in 2004 and it was rebuilt again on the same place. The temple's architectural concept was derived from Egypt's pyramid. The dimensions of this temple was based on the numbers given by The Mother (Pondicherry Mother). The temple has 7 steps and the idol inside is Lord Natarajar. When you visit Pondicherry please do visit this temple.
