Melbourne City Circle Tram


Melbourne - A city with a hub of style, sport, culture and dining. There are many places to discover for a traveler like Federation Square, Great Ocean Road ( An wonderful way where you have mountains one side and sea on the other), Botanic Gardens, Philip Island and so many. Few spots are in the outskirts of Melbourne city and few within city . The Victoria Government has provided a public transport especially for tourism which revolves round the city. It is called "Melbourne City Circle Tram". The special features of this Tram compared to other local Trams are:

1. No charges are imposed for taking a ride in this Tram.
2. Running Commentary on the places of interest along its way.
3. 2 routes (one clockwise and another anti-clockwise)
4. Touches many city attractions

The frequency of this Tram is every 12 minutes between 10 am to 6 pm Sunday to Wednesday and 10 am to 9 pm Thursday to Saturday.

Clockwise service: Flinders Street > Harbour Esplanade > Docklands Drive > La Trobe Street > Victoria Street > Nicholson Street > Spring Street > Flinders Street.

Anti-clockwise service: Flinders Street > Spring Street > Nicholson Street > Victoria Parade > La Trobe Street > Docklands Drive > Harbour Esplanade > Flinders Street.

It also have wheel chair accessibility in it.

3.Parliament House
4.Docklands 
5.Federation Square
